Return and Exchange Information
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your purchase from Toolspark. We hope you are satisfied with your product. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange or return the product according to the terms outlined below. We are always here to help and will ensure that the return process is as smooth as possible.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract and return the product within 14 days, without providing a reason. This is in line with UK online shopping regulations.
However, at ToolSpark, we offer our customers 30 days to initiate a return request, giving you longer to decide whether the product meets your expectations. The 30-day period starts the day after you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), receives the product.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- The product must be returned in undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
- The products must be unused and undamaged, and should show no signs of use.
- You must complete a return form. This form can be requested via email (info@toolspark.uk). We will send the return form to you.
- Personal care products, such as jewelry, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal and return due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense. This means you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us or our supplier in Asia.
- If the products do not meet the stated return requirements, the return may be refused.
- Track & Trace code: We require you to use a track & trace code when returning the package so it can be traced.
Return Process:

Email us: Send an email to info@toolspark.uk with the subject "Return" and include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the product you wish to return or exchange.
- The reason for the return (if applicable).

Return Shipment: Once we receive your return request, we will send you the necessary information, including the return address and further instructions. Please note that the return address is likely in Asia, as our supplier is based there. As a result, return shipments may take longer.

Refund: After receiving the returned products, we will refund the paid amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. The refund will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that are made to order or personalized for you.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken after delivery.
Exchanging Products:
If you wish to exchange a product for another, you can follow the same steps as for a return. We will check the availability of the exchange product and discuss the next steps with you. Please note that for exchanges, return shipping costs will remain your responsibility.
Responsibility for Import Duties and VAT:
Please note: If products are shipped from a third country (in this case, Asia), import duties and VAT may apply upon delivery. These costs are included in the price you paid. For more information on import costs, you can contact us or refer to the applicable legislation in your country.
